Shroomer Noct is a dark and nocturnal variant of Shroomer, which is originally a Grass Pal that seems to have a theme based on mushrooms.
This variant possesses both Grass and Dark Active Skills that it can use in a fight to deal more damage to Pals that are weak against these damage types.
Similar to Shroomer, this Grass and Dark Pal is capable of assisting you by helping out at your base and providing a certain effect that helps out the other Pals there.
Shroomer Noct Location
Shroomer Noct can be found in the Mushroom Wetlands just like its original variant but the only exception is that these variants can only be found at night.
This is because Shroom Noct is active during the night, which makes this area on Sakurajima the only place you can find them in the wild.

Shroomer Noct is a great Pal to have around the base since it has a lot of Work Skills that can be utilized to save you up on space at your base.
This is because Shroomer Noct can take on multiple roles, especially when it comes to planting and gathering from plantations.
Not only does this Pal do a good job at a base, but it also helps the other Pals in the same base with the spores that it releases, which reduces the rate at which sanity goes down.
Partner Skill
Shroomer Noct shares the same Partner Skill as its original variant, which is called Swooshy Spores and this benefits all the Pals in a base.
Swooshy Spores allow Shroomer Noct to passively release spores that reduce the drain rate on their sanity.
This can be a big help as it will allow Pals to work longer and have less of a need to take breaks and chill at a Hot Spring.

Shroomer Noct can be a big help when it comes to plantations since it can plant and gather from them, which makes the only other Pal needed to be one that can water the plantation.

Verdict
Shroomer Noct is just as useful as its original variant and only has the difference of having Dark Active Skills along with its Grass Attacks.
This makes Shroomer Noct strong against both Ground and Neutral Pals but this isn’t the only thing that is good about having this Pal around.
When kept at a base, this Pal will tend to stay up while the other Pals rest as it continues to work as a result of it being a nocturnal Pal.
