How To Solve Rosymorn Monastery Puzzle?

Solving Rosymorn Monastery Puzzle

To solve the puzzle, you will need to place the correct weapon on top of each table and these are meant to be the ceremonial weapons.

These are the weapons that you find around the Rosymorn Monastery but aside from the ceremonial weapons, you can also use other variations that are identical.

The following are the tables and the weapons that need to be placed on them:

  • Dawnmaster Welkinglory
  • Dawnmaster Seed – Warhammer
  • Dawnmaster Stockhold – Mace
  • Dawnmaster Vaseid – Battleaxe

all the gathered weapons are placed in the puzzle room to solve the puzzle

Once all the weapons have been placed and are glowing, all members of your party will gain the Morninglord’s Radiance buff, and a Pouch will be accessible nearby.

Within the Pouch will be the Dawnmaster’s Crest, which will help you obtain The Blood of Lathander later once you enter the Githyanki Creche.

There will also be a Note to The Next Dawnmaster, which starts or progresses the quest called Find the Blood of Lathander.

Morninglord’s Radiance Buff

The Morninglord’s Radiance is a condition that buffs all your party members, granting them an additional 1d4 Radiant Damage.

This affect will last until the next Long Rest and will not be obtainable again after doing the puzzle over again, making it best to make use of it as much as possible in the Rosymorn Monastery.

How To Bypass Rosymorn Monastery Puzzle?

the Stone Wall

If you head to the Stone Wall where the Pouch becomes accessible before the puzzle is solved, a Perception Check will occur.

Should one of your party members be able to pass the Perception Check, you may continue with a Sleight of Hand Check to unlock the Stone Wall.

If you can bypass the puzzle by using Sleight of Hand, you will be able to obtain the Dawnmaster’s Crest and still obtain the Morninglord’s Radiance.

Verdict

The Morninglord’s Radiance is a useful buff to have if you plan on clearing out enemies in the Rosymorn Monastery and the Githyanki Creche.

After you have completed the Rosymorn monastery Puzzle, you may take the weapons and use them if you prefer since they can be a good upgrade from your previous equipment.

The Dawnmaster’s Crest is vital for surviving later when you plan to take The Blood of Lathander as the note mentions traps are waiting.
