Quivern is a Dragon Pal that appears to be heavenly and majestic but its cute appearance should not be mistaken as this Pal can be a real threat.
Capable of using Dragon Active Skills and other elemental attacks, Quivern can be a great Pal against certain enemies that you come across.
This Pal may also be assigned to a base to help out with certain tasks as long as you are not bothered by its large size.
Quivern Location
The first time you will encounter Quivern is usually in the Sealed Realm of the Wing Tyrant, which is located at (-255, -130) in the Bamboo Groves. (Dungeon Boss)
The regular variant of Quivern may be seen at the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary but you will need to be careful as the PIDF will consider you to be trespassing.
Quivern Uses
Quivern can be assigned to your base as it can mine, transport and even help out when it comes to building and crafting. (It can do well in defending too)
Being that Quivern is a winged dragon, you may later unlock its saddle and craft it to ride this Pal as a flying mount.
When fighting alongside you in battle, Quivern may utilize Dragon Attacks as well as the other Active Skills that it has to deal specific types of damage.
Partner Skill
Quivern’s Partner Skill is called Sky Dragon’s Affection, which allows you to ride this Pal after you have unlocked the Quivern Saddle (Key Item) and have crafted it.
This will allow you to fly around instead of having to travel on foot, giving you access to most areas easily as long as Quivern has stamina.
Additionally, Quivern’s Dragon Attacks will be enhanced when you are riding this Pal, which makes it best to have Dragon Active Skill equipped.
Work Suitability
Quivern can be a big help when it comes to transporting items and it can even mine materials for you when assigned to a base that has Ore Nodes or a Mining Pit.

The Quivern Dungeon Boss will always be Level 23 when you encounter it in the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant, making it easier to capture for players at lower levels.
Quivern is capable of transporting items more efficiently than most Pals, which is good for picking up, moving, and storing certain items it finds.
Equipping Quivern with Dragon Active Skills is best if you plan on riding it into battle as its Partner Skill only boosts these types of attacks.
