You don’t see that many insects in Palworld but one of them can be quite unforgettable, the Unyielding Colossus called Warsect.
This is a Field Boss variant of Warsect, which is a Ground and Grass Pal that you can encounter within the Pal’s dungeon.
Defeating this Field Boss is a good way to get experience and various loot while capturing it will make it a useful tank in battle.
Warsect, Unyielding Colossus Location
You can find Warsect in the Verdant Brook within the Sealed Realm of the Stalwart, which is north of the Windswept Hills.
The Sealed Realm of the Stalwart is a dungeon found at (160, -225) just south of the Gobfin’s Turf waypoint.
Fighting Warsect, Unyielding Colossus
Warsect will appear to be oblivious to the fact that you are in its dungeon until you pass right in front of it, which will cause it to become aggressive.
It features the Giga Horn, Stone Cannon, and Stone Blast (Ground) attacks, as well as the Seed Machine Gun and Wind Cutter (Grass) attacks.
Watch out for the Giga Horn attack as this causes Warsect to fly and charge towards you in an attempt to skewer all in its path.
Dealing headshots to Warsect can be a bit difficult since its horns block its face while its whole body doesn’t take that much damage due to its high defense.
A good way to deal more damage to Warsect is to use elements that are strong against Grass or Ground, which would be Fire or Grass attacks.

Defeating Warsect or capturing this Field Boss will allow you to obtain the following items from its drop table:

- Precious Plume

As a Level 30 Field Boss, the experience that you get for defeating or capturing Warsect can be a big help and the items it drops can be useful for later.
Warsect is one of the sturdiest Pals in the game thanks to its heavy armor and this is complemented with the damage it can deal.
Most players tend to capture Warsect instead of simply defeating it since it can improve the defense of its owner when summoned.
