Sweepa is an Ice Pal that bears a resemblance to the Swee that it is often seen wandering around with, which makes it seem like this Pal is their leader.
This Ice Pal is known to unleash powerful Ice Attacks and may even be ridden as a mount to help you explore Palpagos Island as well as fight enemies you encounter.
Sweepa and Swee appear to have synergy, which makes Sweepa more effective in battle whenever its little buddies are in the same party as it.

Sweepa can be ridden as a mount, allowing you to explore areas better while also providing you with the opportunity to control it in battle.
Similar to the Swee that you may encounter, Sweepa has Work Suitability Skills that allow it to gather from Plantations and provide cooling to structures.
A good way to make Sweepa more effective in a fight would be to have Swee in your party as its Partner Skill allows it to have a boost in stats when they are together in a team.
Partner Skill
Sweepa’s Partner Skill is called King of Fluff, which allows this Pal to be ridden once you have unlocked and crafted the Sweepa Saddle.
Being able to ride Sweepa will allow you to move around freely with the Pal as well as to use its Active Skills to attack your targets.
Additionally, whenever there are Swee in the same party as a Sweepa, this will provide Sweepa with an increase in both Attack and Defense.
Work Suitability
Sweepa has the same Work Suitability Skills that Swee has but these are Level 2 instead of Level 1, making it more efficient in a base.

Sweepa can be utilized as a good tank and fighter if you have improved its stats by adding Swee as well as if this Pal has been upgraded via the Pal Essence Condenser.
Having a Sweepa in your base provides you not only with a Pal that can gather and provide cooling, but also helps defend your base when it is attacked.
Multiple Sweepa can be effected by having Swee in your party and with more Swee, you can further increase the boost in Attack and Defense.
