One of the cutest Water and Ice Pals that you may find in the game is Pengullet and it is extremely hard to deny that capturing one can’t be avoided.
This Pal may not appear to be much, but it has a huge role to play at any base and can even become a good addition to your party during the earlier parts of the game.
Capable of using Water and Ice attacks, Pengullet can be used to deal extra damage to more than one element.

Pengullet Uses
Pengullet can help you out by dealing additional damage to Fire Pals with Water Damage as well as to Dragon Pals with Ice Damage.
This Water and Ice Pal is useful at a base when it comes to structures that require Watering as well as those that require Cooling as Pengullet has both Work Suitability Skills.
Pengullet has a strange Partner Skill that allows you to fire it out of a rocket launcher, which can deal a great deal of damage but the Pal won’t feel too good afterward.

Pengullet Cannon is the Partner Skill of this cute little penguin and once activated, your character will stuff the Pal inside of a rocket launcher.
You will be able to shoot Pengullet as a projectile, which causes an explosion in the area of impact to deal heavy damage to those around it.
The drawback to this Partner Skill is that your Pengullet will be incapacitated, which makes this best used sparingly.

Using a Pengullet in a large fight might not be the best option all the time but you can count on the damage to take care of most targets.
Pengullet is great for Plantations and other structures since they have a level of Watering, which makes them great with a Grass Pal that can plant and gather.
This Pal bears a resemblance to a similar Pal known as Penking but these two do not have anything in common.
