Paladius the Holy Knight of Legend is one of the endgame bosses in Palworld that you will only find in one of the more difficult regions of Palpagos Island.
Appearing as a knight with the body of a centaur, this Field Boss is one of the toughest Pals that you will come across in the game.
Combining Ice and Neutral elements during a fight, Paladius is capable of charging across the desert while unleashing some of the most devastating attacks.
Paladius Location Map
Paladius spawns in the Dessicated Dunes and alongside this Field Boss will be another one named Necromus as they share the spawn point.
You will find both Paladius and Necromus around the northern part of the Dessicated Dunes at around (447, 679) where both of them will be wandering the area.
Fighting Paladius, Holy Knight of Legend
The fight against Paladius won’t be a walk in the park because Necromus will be right there fighting alongside it and both of them will be Level 60.
Paladius will make use of the Ice Missile, Iceberg, and Blizzard Spike (Ice Attacks) during the battle along with Neutral Attacks.
The Neutral Attacks include Power Shot, Power Bomb, Pal Blast, and Paladius’s Exclusive Skill called Spear Thrust.
Spear Thrust allows Paladius to charge towards you while staying protected by its shield to close in on you as well as deal damage.
Getting a headshot on Paladius will not be as easy as it is with other pals since you need to target its face as it appears that damaging its helmet doesn’t cause critical damage.
As a Neutral Pal, Paladius will take extra damage from Dark attacks, which makes it good to have a few Pals with the said element.
Paladius takes less damage from the front since it is protected by a shield but you deal normal damage to it by attacking the back of its body and sometimes its side.

Verdict
Paladius and Necromus will be fighting together, which makes it important to avoid both of them while targeting one at a time.
If you have a Rocket Launcher, bringing this to the fight will be a game-changer because the rockets you fire will knock them around.
If you plan on capturing Paladius and/or Necromus, it would be best to bring several Legendary Spheres as these bosses will often escape.
