Palworld Pal Fluids (How to Get, Best Location & Uses)

Pal Fluids is one of the materials that you will need as you continue to build structures and craft items as you progress in Palworld.

Like some of the materials in the game, Pal Fluids are obtained from Pals that share a specific element, which is Water.

Once you have unlocked some of the more advanced Technology, you will find this material has more uses and it would be best to have a good supply later.

How To Get Pal Fluids?

1) Defeating Water Pals

Pal Fluids drop from Water Pals, which are often found as you explore areas that have bodies of water near them but this doesn’t limit their presence to such areas.

A good example of some of these Pals would be Pengullet, Fuack, and Teafant as you can find a lot of them during your first hour of playing Palworld.

Eventually, there will be other Water Pals that provide you with more Pal Fluids such as Gobfin, Surfent, and Kelpsea.

A Good Pal Fluids farming location for beginners would be near the Rayne Tower Syndicate Entrance waypoint since a lot of Pengullet spawn there.

2) Assigning Kelpsea To A Ranch

Assigning Kelpsea (A water Pal) To a Ranch to obtain Pal Fluids

One of the changes that players noticed later in the Sakurajima Update is that Kelpsea became more useful and now has a reason for being captured aside from the Capture Bonus.

These small Water Pals now can produce Pal Fluids, which can be done when you assign them to a Ranch in your base.

After assigning a Kelpsea to a Ranch, they will begin to drop Pal Fluids from time to time and if there is another Pal in the base that has the Transporting work skill, they will store the material.

3) Purchase From Wandering Merchant

Most Wandering Merchants will drop by your base from time to time and when one does, you might want to check what they have for sale.

Some Wandering Merchants will have Pal Fluids for sale and since the ones at the other settlements don’t have these for sale, it is best to stock up if you can.

Buying Pal Fluids will cost you 300 Gold a piece, which can be quite expensive early on but cheap if you have already progressed and obtained a lot of Gold.

Pal Fluids Uses

One of the first uses you will have for Pal Fluids is for building a Hot Spring, which is required to make sure that the Pals you have working can restore their Sanity.

Another important use for Pal Fluids is for crafting Cement, which becomes vital for certain items and structures that you craft and build as you progress.

Other structures will require a certain amount to provide you with certain benefits at the base. (Tomato Plantations need this too!)

Below are all the items and structures that require Pal Fluids:

  • Celaray’s Gloves
  • Hot Spring
  • Surfent Saddle
  • Cement
  • Water Fountain
  • Azurobe Saddle
  • Tomato Plantation
  • Witch Cauldron

Verdict

Pal Fluids may not be used as a material for several items and structures but it is needed in bulk for the things that you need later.

Cement is vital during the later parts of the game, which makes it best to have a lot of Pal Fluids for when you plan on building structures or for crafting better Pal Spheres.

Keep in mind that not all Water Pals will drop Pal Fluids, which makes it best to check the drop tables when you have discovered certain Pals.
