Maraith (Location, Breeding, Drops, Uses & Work)

Maraith is a Dark Pal that many players find elegant in some way and this creature is believed to be related to the death of humans and Pals.

While Maraith is a Dark Pal, it can also utilize Fire Attacks instead of just Dark Attacks, making it strong against 2 different elements.

This Pal may be mounted by their owners, which not only provides you with a good way to explore but your attacks will also be enhanced by Maraith.

Maraith is a nocturnal creature and can only be found during the night when you are exploring the Astral Mountains

It is advisable to wear armor that provides cold resistance or have a Fire Pal summoned to counter the cold in the region.

Aside from being encountered in the wild, players may obtain Maraith through breeding, which requires the right Pals to be bred at a Breeding Farm in your base.

How To Breed Maraith?

To breed Maraith, you will need to capture a Direhowl and a Gumoss, which need to be assigned to a Breeding Farm.

After some time, the Direhowl and Gumoss will produce an egg that can be hatched into a Maraith.

Maraith Uses

Maraith is a powerful Pal that can be utilized in combat whether it is fighting alongside you or if you are controlling the Pal.

This Pal has few uses at a base but if you require a Pal that is good at gathering consumables from a Plantation, Maraith is capable of this.

Maraith has a useful Partner Skill that applies Dark Damage to your attacks, which also increases the damage you do.

This Dark Pal has the Messenger of Death Partner Skill, which allows you to ride Maraith and manually use its attacks.

Before you can mount Maraith, you will need to craft a Maraith Saddle, which must be unlocked in your technology menu and crafted at a Pal Workbench.

When riding Maraith, any attack that your character deals with their weapons will have bonus Dark Damage applied to it.

Work Suitability

When assigned to a base, Maraith will gather any available food from Plantations and will also mine Stone from boulders or Mining Pits in your base.

Verdict

Maraith can be a useful Pal to have in your party, especially when you have its saddle crafted since you can ride it into battle and when you plan on exploring.

Although Maraith has wings, this Pal cannot fly but it can jump if you need to get to higher areas that are difficult to reach on foot.

Maraith is one of the Pals that you can use to breed an Incineram Noct, which requires you to breed this Dark Pal with a regular Incineram.
