If you find yourself exploring the Astral Mountains, you may come across a mineshaft that has a Field Boss called Lyleen Noct inside.
This Level 49 Field Boss is one of the stronger Pals that you may encounter in the game and can be fought to obtain experience and materials.
Due to its high level, players should be careful not to challenge this Dark Pal until they are ready or they may end up getting themselves killed.
Lyleen Noct Location
Lyleen Noct spawns at (-357, -320) in the Astral Mountains but to get to this Field Boss, you need to go inside of the mineshaft where it dwells.
You can make your way to Lyleen Noct by entering the Iceberg Mineshaft, which is located at around (-142, 320) just on a cliff northwest of the Unthawable Lake waypoint.
Fighting Lyleen Noct, Empress of the Abyss
Lyleen Noct is a very aggressive Field Boss and will begin to attack you as soon as it sees you reach its dwelling area.
This Field Boss has a combination of Ice and Dark attacks that will be used as soon as they are ready after their cooldowns.
Lyleen Noct’s attacks include the Blizzard Spike, Cryst Breath, and Icicle Cutter Active Skills that deal Ice Damage.
Its Dark attacks include Dark Ball, Shadow Burst as well as the deadly Nightmare Ball Attack Skill, which can deal a lot of damage.
Fighting Lyleen Noct requires that you avoid as much damage as possible and aim for its head if you want to deal extra damage to it.
Since Lyleen Noct is a Dark and Ice Pal, it is ideal to use Pals that can deal Dragon or Fire damage as these are most effective.
Lyleen Noct (Field Boss) Drops
After fighting Lyleen Noct, you may end up defeating or capturing it, which will result in you obtaining a tremendous amount of experience as well as the following materials:
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- Low Grade Medical Supplies
- Beautiful Flower
- Precious Entrail
Verdict
Lyleen Noct may be capable of dealing a lot of damage but a majority of its attacks are easy to dodge and landing headshots isn’t that difficult either.
Unlike most of the higher-level Field Bosses, Lyleen Noct may be a bit easier to take on but may prove to be a challenge for those who are a few levels lower.
Players may attempt to capture Lyleen Noct due to its Partner Skill (Goddess of the Tranquil Light) as this can be used to heal players by a large amount.
