How To Get Leather & Its Uses in Palworld

Leather may seem to be a common material in other games but in Palworld, you need to go out of your way to a certain extent to get it.

This material is obtained by hunting down and defeating certain Pals, with larger ones providing you with a greater amount.

By the time you start searching for Leather, you may already have obtained a few but eventually more will be needed for the equipment you will be crafting.

How To Get Leather?

Hunting down pals like Foxparks, Fuack, Rooby, Vixy, and Rushoar to get leather

Leather drops from Pals that resemble animals will mostly not have any sign of wool on them and instead fur, hair, or rough skin.

A good way to get Leather during the earlier parts of the game would be to hunt creatures such as Foxparks, Fuack, Rooby, Vixy, and Rushoar as these spawn often at the start.

Later on, you can go on and face tougher Pals to get more Leather from them and these include Univolt, Pyrin, Tombat, Katress, Verdash, Mammorest, Fenglope, and more.

Verdict

Leather is often required in small amounts at the start and this can easily be obtained by killing a few Foxparks or Rushoar as they can easily be found.

Later you will need more Leather for the better types of Armor that you can equip, which makes it good to remember where the Pals that drop it spawn.

Some areas will have a lot of the same Pals spawn often, such as the mountainous areas that have Rushoars near the Small Settlement, which are great starter Leather farming spots.
