You may have encountered Kingpaca the Supreme Fluff Commander has a Ice Variant called King Paca Cryst, the Azure Fluff Commander.
This Ice Variant is similar to Kingpaca but mainly has Ice Attacks rather than the attacks that the Supreme Fluff Commander has.
Challenging this Field Boss is not as easy as the ones you have encountered in the past since Kingpaca Cryst is Level 46 and is found in a more difficult part of Palpagos Island.
Kingpaca Cryst Location
Kingpaca Cryst can be found in the Forgotten Mineshaft in the Astral Mountains where its spawn location is at (-229, 470) near the Land of Absolute Zero waypoint.
The entrance to the Forgotten Mineshaft is located at (-255, 479) and this is also found near the same waypoint.
Fighting Kingpaca Cryst, Azure Fluff Commander
Kingpaca Cryst is often found sleeping in the Forgotten Mineshaft and this will give you a good chance to catch it off guard.
Once you attack this Field Boss, it will start to come at you with Ice, Water, and Neutral attacks that it has available. (It has a lot since it is Level 46)
Kingpaca may use the Ice Missile, Icicle Cutter, Iceberg, and Cryst Breath Ice Skills and even has the Aqua Burst (Water Skill) that it will use from time to time.
It retains the Kingly Slam attack, which you should watch out for since it can deal a lot of damage after Kingpaca Cryst leaps into the area to slam the ground.
Keeping your distance from Kingpaca Cryst is a good idea to avoid getting hit by its attack while having a Pal summoned to distract and fight will help make defeating it easier.
Since Kingpaca Cryst is an Ice Pal, it takes extra damage from Fire Attacks and if you manage to aim for its head, this will deal critical damage to it.
Kingpaca Cryst Drops (Field Boss)
After the battle with Kingpaca Cryst, you may end up defeating or capturing it, which provides a large amount of experience along with the following materials:
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- Wool
- Ice Organ
- Precious pelt
Verdict
Kingpaca Cryst may not appear as a threat in the beginning but if you are nowhere near its level, this Field Boss can destroy you with its Ice Attacks.
Using a Fire Pal is recommended to deal more damage to it since this Field Boss has almost 4 thousand health points.
Capturing Kingpaca Cryst may be a bit difficult but for those who want to add this Field Pal to their Pal Collection, it might be good to bring a few Hyper or Legendary Spheres.
