Kelpsea is one of the cuter Water Pals that you may find in certain parts of Palpagos Island but this creature shouldn’t be taken lightly as it can be a big help to your team.
If you don’t have Pals to supply your base with water, Kelpsea can help you out with this and if you want to boost the attack of your other Water Pals, this is something it can do.
Kelpsea is not considered one of the strongest Pals in the game but it does have the ability to provide you with an essential crafting material that only comes from Water Pals.
Kelpsea Location
Kelpsea can be found near the shore of some of the lakes that you may come across while exploring the Bamboo Groves.
- Northwest (-416, -155)
- Southeast (-72, 376)
Kelpsea Uses
The thing about Kelpsea is that it is more of a support Pal rather than a straightforward fighter, which makes it necessary to have other Water Pals with you.
Kelpsea on its own can do damage to enemies to help you in battle, especially at higher levels and if you are fighting Fire Pals.
Thanks to this Water Pal’s Partner Skill, any other Water Pals in your party will have a boost to their attack power if you have Kelspea in your party.
When Kelpsea is added to a Ranch, this Water Pal will generate Pal Fluids over time, giving you a way to farm the material for later.
Partner Skill
Kelpsea has the Aqua Spout Partner Skill, which is solely meant to buff up your other Water Pals, which may include any other Pals of the same type.
The bonus damage applies to any Pal that has the water element, which includes Pals that have more than one element assigned to it.
Having multiple Kelpsea in your party will further boost this as the bonus attack power stacks with each one on your team.
Work Suitability
Kelpsea won’t do anything in your base aside from providing water to certain structures that need it to function.
- Watering (Level 2)
Possible Drops
Kelpsea Drops
- Raw Kelpsea
- Pal Fluids
Alpha Kelpsea Drops
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- Raw Kelpsea

- Precious Entrails
- Ring of Water Resistance
Verdict
Kelpsea is sometimes hunted for the materials that it provides players with, such as Pal Fluids and the Raw Kelpsea that can be cooked later.
Using a Water Pal as your main fighter and having 4 Kelpsea in your party will provide your main Water Pal with a large boost in Attack Power.
Keeping one or two Kelpsea in a Ranch is a good way to produce a lot of Pal Fluids over time, giving you a lot for later when you need it before swapping them with other Pals.
