Dumud is a shark-like Pal that can be found in a few of the areas on Palpagos Island and despite its looks, it is a Ground Pal.
Not only can Dumud be a great addition to your base due to it having a higher Mining Work Suitability than other Pals, but it can also transport items and provide water to structures.
Having Dumud in your party will allow you to utilize it in battle as well as increase the amount of damage other Ground Pals may deal.

Dumud Uses
Dumud can be assigned to your base to mine stone at a Stone Pit or may be placed at mining bases since it can mine Ore.
Even if Dumud is a Ground Pal, it has both Ground and Water attacks that it can use against different types of Pals.
Having Dumud in your party will increase the Attack Power of the other Ground Pals in your party due to its Partner Skill.
Partner Skill
Dumud’s Partner Skill is called Soil Improver, which affects all of the Ground Pals that you have added to your party.
Soil Improver increases the Attack Power of all of these Ground Pals, making it possible for them to deal more damage to enemies.
This becomes useful since the additional damage you can deal can make it easier for you to defeat your enemies.
