Celaray is a Water Pal that resembles a stingray that floats instead of swims, allowing it to traverse across the land.
This Pal mainly uses Water attacks when in a fight but also owns other attacks from different elemental groups.
Players tend to use this Pal to work at a base to provide water or transport items but may also use it for its Partner Skill, which improves Gliding movement.

Celaray Uses
Celaray can be assigned to a base to provide various structures with water as it has the Watering Work Skill, which can be a starting Water Pal for your base.
It also can transport items, which allows it to carry items around your base and eventually place them in a nearby storage.
When in your party after crafting Celaray’s Gloves, you will be able to Glide more efficiently thanks to this Pal’s Partner Skill.
Celaray Partner Skill
Celaray has the Zephyr Glider Partner Skill, which boosts the performance of the Glider that your character currently has equipped. (Requires Celaray’s Gloves)
The boost provides your Glider with faster and extended movement while you are gliding, which can be useful for traveling around the island or maneuvering in a fight.
Celaray does not have to be summoned for the boost to take effect as it will always be active as long as this Pal is in your party.

Verdict
Celaray can be a big help when it comes to fighting Fire Pals due to its different Water Attacks and may even provide you with additional damage to other Pals.
Thanks to its ability to provide you with more speed and control with your Glider, you can use these boosts to travel, escape enemies or even dodge attacks.
Since Celaray Gloves can be unlocked and crafted earlier in the game, Celaray can be a great Pal that you can use for covering ground.
