Celaray is a Water Pal that resembles a stingray that floats instead of swims, allowing it to traverse across the land.
This Pal mainly uses Water attacks when in a fight but also owns other attacks from different elemental groups.
Players tend to use this Pal to work at a base to provide water or transport items but may also use it for its Partner Skill to glide.

Celaray Uses
Celaray can be assigned to a base to provide various structures with water due to its level of watering, which can be substituted for other Water Pals.
It also can transport items, which allows it to carry items around your base and eventually place them in a nearby storage.
This Water Pal’s Partner Skill allows it to be used as a living glider, that provides you with more speed as you glide through the air.
Partner Skill
Celaray has the Zephyr Glider Partner Skill, which causes your character to use this Pal instead of your regular glider that you have equipped.
This can be done once you have unlocked and crafted the Celaray’s Gloves (Key Item) and have the Pal in your party.
When using Celaray as a glider, you will be able to move quickly for a longer duration, allowing you to travel further before landing.
Work Suitability
Celaray has a good set of skills to contribute to any base, especially when there are a lot of items being produced and structures that require water.

Verdict
Celaray can be a big help when it comes to fighting Fire Pals due to its different Water Attacks and may even provide you with additional damage to other Pals.
Its ability to be used as a glider can be useful when crossing gaps or traveling certain distances after jumping off of a flying Pal.
Since Celaray Gloves can be unlocked and crafted earlier in the game, Celaray can be a great Pal that you can use for covering ground.
