Most of the Pals that you encounter in Palworld often resemble animals but some of them are humanoid such as the Bushi Dungeon Boss.
Also known as the Vagrant Warrior, Bushi is Level 23 and is often fought after you have progressed a bit in the game and have reached the Bamboo Groves.
While fighting the Bushi may be a challenge to those who are just starting in the game, this Pal is often defeated and even captured for multiple reasons.
Bushi Location
The Bushi Dungeon boss can be encountered in the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster dungeon, which is found in the Bamboo groves.
The Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster dungeon can be found at (-116, -492) and may be accessed by interacting with the entrance.
Fighting Bushi, Vagrant Warrior
Bushi will often notice you the moment you walk into the Sealed Realm of the Swordsman dungeon and will attack you immediately.
Watch out for its attacks as it uses multiple elements such as Fire, Ice, and Grass and can even dash toward you with its Iagiri Skill to deal a swift strike.
It uses Icicle Cutter (Ice) to deal damage with a horizontal wave and will often unleash Wind Cutter (Grass) and Ignis Blast (Fire) when you are in range.
Having a Pal attack and soak up the damage from Bushi is advisable and if you have a ranged attack, you can deal more damage by hitting it in the head.
The Bushi Dungeon Boss is a Fire Pal and will take increased damage from Water Pals and attacks that have this element.
Bushi Dungeon Boss Drops
Bushi has a guaranteed chance of dropping several items when it has been defeated or captured and these include:
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- Bone
- Ingot
- Precious Entrails
Verdict
Bushi appears to be more composed than most of the other wild Pals that you may encounter and fights as if it were a Samurai with elemental powers.
This Dungeon Boss fights alone but can be a real threat if you are a few levels lower than it and it is advisable to avoid using Ice Pals against it.
Aside from the loot and experience that you get from capturing Bushi, you can later use this to breed other Pals such as Anubis earlier in the game.
