Menasting Terra is a Ground Variant of Menasting, who serves as a Field Boss that can be found on Sakurajima Island.
This Ground Pal features Ground Attacks instead of Dark Ones, making it deadly to Electric Pals but weak against Grass Pals.
Defeating this Field Boss is a good way to get experience as well as certain materials and you may even capture it to add this Pal to your team.
Menasting Terra Location
Menasting Terra can be found out in the open at the Northern Rock Field and is often seen near the large statues of Anubis.
You can find Menasting Terra at around (-575, 332) and should be careful when fighting it since other Pals may attack you as well.
Fighting Menasting Terra
Menasting Terra is quick for its size and this can be dangerous since it often leaps at you with its Jumping Stinger Exclusive Skill. (Damages and applies poison)
Aiming for its head is a good way to deal extra damage but this may be missed from time to time due to its size and since its claws (pedipalps) get in the way.
A good way to deal more damage to Menasting Terra is to use Grass Pals since they take less damage from Ground Attacks. (this doesn’t apply to the poison damage)
Grass Pals can deal more damage to Menasting Terra as Grass Attacks will exploit its weakness, which makes summoning a Pal and shooting at this Field Boss a good strategy.
There is a lot of space for you to fight Menasting Terra, which is enough for you to stay mobile while you damage the Field Boss. (Watch out for the other Pals that are aggressive though)

Defeating Menasting Terra will provide you with additional loot since it is a Field Boss, which will include the following items:
- Ancient Civilization Parts (100%)
- Crude Oil (50%)
- Flame Organ (100%)
- Precious Claw (100%)
- Ring of Earth Resistance +1 (3%)
- Ring of Freight +2 (3%)
Verdict
Menasting Terra will often be Level 54 when you encounter it and this can be a huge disadvantage for you if you have not reached this level yet.
It is possible to fight this Pal at lower levels if you have strong Grass Pals or decent Pals that can take on a lot of damage but you will need to chip in with firearms.
Menasting Terra is a great Pal to capture if you intend on farming materials from Electric Pals since it deals more damage to them and forces them to drop more loot.
