Lullu can be found often wandering around within the Dancing Sakura Shrine on Sakurajima Island and can be found mainly in two areas.
These are the southwest and east parts of the Dancing Sakura Shrine and you will often find them in groups, making them easy to capture.

Lullu’s Partner Skill is called Floral Boost, which allows Lullu to fill the farm (plantation) with good spirits that affect the growth rate of crops.
This provides you with more crops over time since they will grow at an increased rate, giving you a good supply of any ingredients you need from plantations.
Floral Boost is perfect for Lullu since she can plant and gather afterward, which leaves the only thing missing to be a Water Pal to water the plantations.
