You may find Naoise in her room called the Nymph’s Grotto on the third floor of the Sharess’ Caress building, which is found in Wyrm’s Passing.

Naoise can be found in the Nymph’s Grotto, which is where she provides special services for her clients that she gets from the Sharess’ Caress.

You can distinguish her from the vines and glowing green Purulent Bulb hanging above her door and will have to use a lockpick the door to get inside. (Knock works as well)

Naoise will already have a client, who is a member of the Flaming Fist named Jara but it is also revealed later that she is a follower of the Absolute.

Fist Jara transform into a Mind Flayer

Naoise and Fist Jara will appear to be exchanging sweet words and having a special moment together until you approach them.

This causes a cutscene where you are recognized and Fist Jara is forced to transform into a Mind Flayer as she is also infected by a Mind Flayer Parasite.

Once she has transformed, you will need to defeat her and make sure Naoise survives if you want to progress with getting a buff from her.

discussing with Naoise

Once the Mind Flayer has been defeated, you will need to pass a Wisdom Check that will reveal that she is aroused by the creature.

This leads her to offer you the opportunity to experience Rapture, which is a feeling of sensation that later provides you with the Rapture Buff.

Regardless of your response while she is providing the sensation, you will receive the Rapture buff and afterward the cutscene ends.

What Does The Rapture Buff Do?

The character that you used to speak with Naoise will gain the Rapture Buff, which provides +1d6 bonus to Attack Rolls, Ability Checks, and Saving Throws.

The effects of the Rapture Buff (Condition) will last until you have performed a Long Rest and may not be obtained again afterward.

Verdict

Obtaining the Rapture Condition can be useful when you need to progress with tough fights or talk your way through certain dialogues.

This event can be triggered at any time and is often saved by certain players if they wish to make use of the buff for later.

It is recommended to do a Long Rest before you initiate this event to make the most out of the condition before your next Long Rest.
