Circuit Board is one of the advanced materials that you can craft in Palworld, which later becomes important for several structures that you will be crafting.
Obtaining this material is not easy during the earlier parts of the game as it needs to be crafted after reaching a certain level and there are valuable materials required to make it.
Luckily, the materials needed are often found as you progress through the game and they are easy to obtain once you discover more locations.
How To Make Circuit Board?
Circuit Boards can be made at a Production Assembly Line once you unlock it after reaching Level 28 or at a Production Assembly Line II, which is unlockable at Level 42.
Crafting this material will require that you have unlocked Circuit Boards in your Technology Menu, which can be done at Level 35.
Each Circuit Board will require 4 Pure Quartz and 2 Polymer when being crafted at a Production Assembly Line.
Enemies That Drop Circuit Board
Defeating certain enemies will provide you with a 10% chance to obtain Circuit Boards and most of them are found in the Astral Mountains or encountered during raids.
These are the Pal Genetic Research Unit Executioners, which come in Flamethrower and Laser Rifle variants. (Both regular and invader variants)
How To Get Circuit Board Materials?
The first and easiest of the materials to get for making Circuit Boards is Polymer as this can be unlocked at Level 33 and requires 2 High Quality Pal Oil to craft.
Polymer can be crafted in a Production Assembly Line, which becomes available once you reach Level 28, where you can unlock it in your Technology Menu.
Another material needed is Pure Quartz, which can be found in the colder areas of the map and is mined from Pure Quartz Nodes.
Circuit Board Uses
Circuit Boards are mainly used to craft the more advanced structures that require electricity to be powered and these become very beneficial once you make them.
Another popular use for Circuit Boards is for crafting the Mounted Missile Launcher, which can be built and used by Pals to defend your base.

Verdict
You will need to progress a bit before you can make Circuit Boards as these need to be unlocked later once your character has reached Level 35.
Circuit Boards can only be made in Production Assembly Lines and are not available in Primitive or High Quality Workbenches.
It is much easier to mass produce Circuit Boards if you have Pals assisting you at a Production Assembly Line, especially when you work on it too.
