Accessories can be a big help when you have them equipped, which often provide your character with stat boosts, damage reduction from certain damage types, and other effects.
What players may have found to be a downside to this is the slots there are to equip them but this now has a solution after the Sakurajima Update was released.
You can now increase the slots available for your accessories, allowing you to equip more to have multiple bonuses.
Increasing Accessory Slots
Increasing the Accessory Slot can be done by purchasing accessory boxes from the Medal Merchant, who sells them for Dog Coins.
Two boxes can be purchased which will each give you an additional Accessory Slot, which allows you to have 2 additional slots when both have been purchased. (Key Items)
1) Mysterious Accessory Box
The Mysterious Accessory Box is the first item you would be able to buy since it only costs 100 Dog Coins and this will increase your Accessory Slots by 1.
2) Box of Mystery Accessories
The Box of Mystery Accessories is the second item you can buy to increase your slots, giving you another slot at the cost of 1000 Dog Coins.
Where To Find Medal Merchant?
The Medal Merchants who sell the Mysterious Accessory Box and the Box of Mystery Accessories seem to always hang out at the churches.
This includes the following churches:
- Desolate Church
- Sea Breeze Archipelago Church
- Marsh Island Church
- Forgotten Island Church
How To Get Dog Coins?
Dog Coins can be obtained in various ways and some may be easier depending on what activities you are currently doing.
The following are ways to get Dog Coins:
- Defeat Mimogs
- Loot Junkyards
- Open Chests
- Defeat Humans

With the ability to increase the number of slots you have for accessories, you can now equip multiple rings, pendants, and even shirts.
