Spellcasters can deal a lot of damage or inflict debuffs upon their targets and with a Legendary Quarterstaff such as the Markoheshkir, there are several ways to do this.
Markoheshkir is one of the endgame Legendary Quarterstaves in the game that not only provides you with a free cast of any of your spells, it also gives you additional powers.
Providing its wielder with the Kereska’s Favor (Level 4) Evocation Spell, different elemental energies can be summoned at will to gain the upper hand in a fight.

How To Get a Markoheshkir?
Markoheshkir can be obtained in the Ramazith’s Tower, which can be accessed by heading to Sorcerous Sundries and heading upstairs where portals will appear.
Entering the portal on the left will bring you to Ramazith’s Tower, which is where the Find the Nightsong quest is often completed. (You face Lorroakan on the top floor)
Before or after fighting Lorroakan, you may head down by jumping down from the side of floating furniture until you reach a part where there are buttons.
You will need to interact with the button that is labeled as “Below” to get to the bottom and revealing this may be done by casting the See Invisibility spell.
Once you reach the bottom, Markoheshkir will be on a table that is blocked by a barrier but a lever will be visible if you have cast the See Invisibility spell.
An Arcana Check will need to be done once you interact with the lever, which will remove the barrier and allow you to take Markoheshkir. (DC 20)
Verdict
Markoheshkir is one of the most powerful Quarterstaves in the game as it can be utilized to access almost any type of damage, making it easy to counter most enemies.
The ability to cast certain skills without a Spell Slot being used can be handy in certain situations, especially when you need to cast high-level spells.
Obtaining Markoheshkir before fighting Lorroakan is possible and may even be helpful when it comes to fighting him in the tower.
