Lettuce Seeds are categorized as a material that is needed for starting a Lettuce Farm, which is done by building a Lettuce Plantation.
These allow you to later gain your supply of Lettuce that can be used for consumption or for cooking different kinds of dishes.
There are different ways to get Lettuce Seeds and these become valuable later on when you progress and unlock the Lettuce Plantation.
How To Get Lettuce Seeds?
1) Defeating Pals
Certain Grass Pals that you find on Palpagos Island have a chance to drop Lettuce Seeds and hunting them down is a good way to get them.
Only a few Grass Pals drop Lettuce Seeds and some of them have only a low chance, which can result in you having to grind a bit.
Wumpo Botan is currently the only Grass Pal that has a 100% chance to drop Lettuce Seeds when defeated but you will need to make sure you are strong enough to hunt them.
2) Purchasing Lettuce Seeds From Wandering Merchants
A fast way to get Lettuce Seeds is to purchase them from a Wandering Merchant and the one on Mount Obsidian sells them for a cheap price of 200 Gold Each.
You will need to buy at least 3 Lettuce Seeds from the Wandering Merchant if you plan on using them to make a Lettuce Plantation later.
The Wandering Merchant that sells Lettuce Seeds can easily be found at Fisherman’s Point near the southern part of Mount Obsidian.
Pals That Drop Lettuce Seeds
- Bristla (1 50%)
- Broncherry Aqua (1-2 50%)
- Cinnamoth (1 20%)
- Wumpo Botan (1 100%)
Lettuce Seeds Uses
Lettuce Seeds are needed to build a Lettuce Plantation, which is a structure that is unlocked once your character reaches Level 38.
A Lettuce Plantation will require Pals assigned to a base that can plant seeds, water, and gather to provide you with Lettuce.
This will give you a stable supply of Lettuce that you can either consume or use when cooking different kinds of food in a Cooking Pot or Electric Kitchen.
Verdict
Lettuce Seeds are often searched for after you have progressed since you won’t be needing them until you reach Level 38 with your character.
Sometimes you may encounter Grass Pals that drop Lettuce Seeds early on, which makes it better to focus on progression and exploration.
Certain food items that you cook using Lettuce can provide you or your Pals with buffs that can be beneficial later on, especially for your Pals working at your base.
