When the word Flour comes into mind, we often think about Bread, Cake, and other things that are baked with this ingredient.
Flour may not be a consumable material but it is an important ingredient when it comes to the many things that may be cooked.
Getting your hands on Flour may not be something that you can do during the earlier parts of the game but as you progress, you will be able to start making it.
How To Get Flour?
Process Wheat at Mill
Flour is produced in a Mill, which you can craft once you have reached Level 15 but this is not the only thing that you will need.
You will need to have Wheat, which can be grown at a Wheat Plantation also once you have reached Level 15 but this requires you to obtain Wheat Seeds. (Obtained from Pals)
Once you start growing Wheat and have a good amount, you can head to the Mill and produce Flour if you have a Water-Type Pal working in your base.
Having at least 1 Wheat Plantation and the Pals required to gather the ingredient is enough to give you a good supply that you can use to produce Flour.
How To Use Mill?
A Mill works similarly to other crafting stations, which will have Flour in its Crafting Menu and you will be able to select how many you wish to process.
Once you have selected to make Flour at a Mill, the amount you have chosen will be in a queue that a Water-Type Pal will begin to work on.
Unlike with other crafting stations, you will not be able to process Wheat into Flour on your own and will need to either summon a Water-Type Pal from your party or have one active in your base.
Flour Uses
Flour cannot be eaten directly but it is used for cooking different kinds of food items that will benefit both you and your Pals when eaten.

- Fried Kelpsea
- Mozzarina Cheeseburger
- Mozzarina Hamburger

Verdict
Before you can start making Flour, you will need to produce Wheat, which requires you to obtain Wheat Seeds and build a Wheat Plantation.
A Mill will function much better if your Water-Type Pal has a higher level of Watering and you can even assign them directly to the Mill.
Keep in mind that there is a Flour Expiration, which makes it best to produce this when you intend to use it or if you have a method of preserving it.
