When it comes to getting a good supply of this food, which is also an ingredient in cooking other dishes in the game, a plantation is needed.
Finding Berry Seeds is the first step to getting a plantation, which eventually gives you an endless supply of Red Berries to feed your Pals with and to cook different types of food to eat.
How To Get Berry Seeds?
1) Picking Red Berries
As you start a new game, you are thrown into the Plateau of Beginnings and if you wander a bit, you are likely to find Red Berry Bushes.
Looting these will provide you with Red Berries but there will also be a good chance that you will obtain Berry Seeds when you do this.
Looting as many bushes as you can when you first start the game should provide you with enough berries to get a few Berry Plantations started.
2) Defeating Pals
There are certain Pals in the game that you can defeat that will drop Berry Seeds when they are defeated, which can be a good way to get a few.
One of these Pals that you encounter during the earlier stages of the game is Gumoss and this poor thing is quite easy to take down.
Regardless if the Pal is a regular one or an Alpha variant, the chances for Pals that drop Berry Seeds will always be guaranteed.
3) Purchasing Berry Seeds From Wandering Merchant
Purchasing Berry Seeds can be done if you find a Wandering Merchant and these will often come at a cheap price and can be a quick way to get a lot if you need them.
Berry Seeds will cost 50 Gold a piece when you buy them from a Wandering Merchant, which makes it 150 Gold in total for each Berry Plantation you need to build.
While this can be an easy way to get Berry Seeds, you might not need to resort to this since picking Red Berries or defeating the Pals that drop Berry Seeds should suffice.

Having a Berry Plantation that is maintained by Pals will provide you with an unlimited amount of berries that are continuously collected. (Keep a Feed Box nearby for storing)

Berry Seeds are one of the easiest seeds to get in the game but obtaining them as soon as possible is vital to provide your Pals with unlimited food.
While there are multiple ways to get Berry Seeds, collecting Red Berries from bushes is the best way and fastest method, especially during the earlier phases of the game.
