Dammon returns in Act II of Baldur’s Gate 3 after surviving the events of the first attack, which allows you to not only purchase equipment from him but also make use of his skills.
Being the only Infernal Blacksmith in the entire game, Dammon becomes an important NPC to interact with when it comes to Infernal Iron as well as if you want to help Karlach.

Dammon Act II Location
Once you reach Act II, you will be able to find Dammon at the Last Light Inn, with his blacksmith set up near a barn.
