You and your party make it to the Githyanki Creche and all seems well as the Ghustil (Doctor) who goes by the name Stornugoss agrees to help you.
While the procedure takes place, it seems that the Zaith’isk is killing Lae’zel as she continues to fight against what she believed was the parasite.
Thanks to an intervention of the guardian, the machine was destroyed but your party is left inside the infirmary while Ghustil Stornugoss heads off to get her tools. (As she mentions)
Escaping From The Infirmary
It is shown by the doctor’s voice and the fact that you can pierce through her thoughts that she is indeed lying.
While Lae’zel believes the doctor tampered with the device, it is obvious that her intention is not to help but rather extract the tadpole the old-fashioned way.
This leaves it to you to lead the party out of the infirmary, which can be done in multiple ways that will either put you in combat or get you out of the creche.
How To Leave The Infirmary in Githyanki Creche?
1) Destroy or Lockpick the Door
One of the easiest ways to get out of the Infirmary would be to simply destroy the door or lockpick it if you prefer to do so, which requires Thieves’ Tools.
Upon unlocking the door or destroying it, you will have to face a group of Githyanki in the next room and this includes the doctor.
It turns out they were about to attack you, which makes busting out and attacking them the best and only option you have.
2) Wait For Ghustil Stornugoss
If you intend to wait for Ghustil Sturnugoss, you will be met with the same result as the group will approach the infirmary to attack you.
Should you prefer that they enter the room so that you have an advantage, you can hold back by looting the area first and waiting for your enemies to come into the room.
This will lead to a fight to the death, which requires you to kill all the hostile Githyanki that come barging through the door.
3) Teleport Out of The Creche
While this may not be the most honorable way to escape and you may have to make your way back inside, you can always teleport to another waypoint.
This has been a solution to get players out of tough situations, but you will need to do this before you get into a fight with them.
There will be plenty of time for you to choose a waypoint to teleport to, and you can do this by opening your map and selecting the location you want to head over to.
Verdict
Regardless of waiting, lockpicking, or destroying the infirmary door, you will always have to fight the Githyanki that are approaching the room.
This is a clear sign that you are being betrayed by the doctor and should you end up killing the Githyanki in the next room, things will be normal afterward.
The other Githyanki in the Creche will seem to not remember and you can continue through their hideout as if nothing happened.
