One of the best things about Palworld is that you don’t have to do all the work on your own, your Pals will be able to help you with certain tasks at your base.
Overworking your Pals though can sometimes put them at risk of getting sick or injured and in this case, your Pal will not be able to perform that well.
Luckily, injuries and sicknesses can be taken care of with the right treatment, which will get your Pal back to good condition in no time.
Pals Injury and Sickness Causes
Pals tend to become sick if they are neglected, which means they don’t get enough to eat or they are not able to sleep comfortably.
This makes it important to make sure they have a supply of food to eat and a place to sleep when they are tired and need to rest.
Without their basic needs, their Sanity (SAN) goes down and this can later lead to them becoming stressed, injured, or sick.
How To Heal Injuries and Sicknesses of Pals?
There are multiple symptoms that a Pal can have but these come in a range of what Medical Supplies will be needed to treat them.
To cure a Pal of any symptoms that they have, you will need to feed them the proper Medical Supplies by opening their menu and selecting the Feed option.
Based on what the Pal is experiencing, choose the correct Medical Supplies and your character will call it over to give it to them.

Below is a list of the different kinds of Medical Supplies that can be crafted in Palworld as well as what symptoms they are used to treat.
- Low Grade Medical Supplies – Used to treat Colds and Sprains.
- Medical Supplies – Used to treat Ulcers and Fractures.
- High Grade Medical Supplies – Used to treat Weakened and Depressed.
How To Craft Medicine?
Different Medical Supplies may be crafted at either a Medieval Medicine Workbench or an Electrical Medicine Workbench.
A Medieval Medicine Workbench is not the best way to produce medicine, but it does the trick and can be learned once you reach level 12.
The Electric Medicine Workbench is unlocked at level 43 and requires power to function, but it provides higher-quality medicine.
Verdict
Your Pals will always require medical attention if you want them to get back to their best condition, but this won’t be necessary if they are taken care of.
Having a bed and a source of food for them will make sure their health will be good but when it comes to sanity, you will need a Hot Spring to help them relax.
Once your Pals have everything they need to be physically and mentally fit, you won’t have to worry so much about making medicine now and then.
