Palworld Gumoss (Location, Drops, Uses, Work & Partner Skill)

Gumoss is a Grass Pal that resembles a tree sap, which can often be seen wandering about minding its own business.

This Grass Pal is one of the earlier catches you can get in the game, providing you with a way to deal Grass Damage to your enemies.

Aside from being a Pal that can join your party, Gumoss can be utilized for those who plan on growing their food.

Gumoss Location

Gumoss plays the role of a companion to those who want to cut down trees or can help out in your base if you have plantations.

Assigning a Gumoss to your base will have it automatically focus on Plantations, where it will plant seeds for crops to grow.

Another use for Gumoss is summoning it when you plan on cutting down trees, which increases the efficiency when you farm Wood and Fiber from them.

Gumoss has the Logging Assistance Partner Skill, which improves the efficiency of cutting trees when it is summoned.

This means that you will be able to cut down trees faster as your damage to them will be increased, allowing you to clear areas faster.

The more damage that you do when hitting trees will cause you to get more materials every time you attack them.

Gumoss can be assigned to a base and will do its part by planting seeds in their respective Plantations, which may later be watered by a Water Pal.

Gumoss does not do much in a base other than plant seeds in Plantations but this can be useful if you have no other Pals that can do this.

If you happen to be going against Water Pals, a Gumoss may be able to do a bit more damage to them as long as they are not too powerful.

Farming Wood and Fiber can be done faster when you have a Gumoss summoned and this can speed up the earlier parts of the game.
