Palworld Rooby (Location, Drops, Uses, Work & Partner Skill)

Rooby is one of the early Fire Pals that you may discover when you explore Palpagos Island, which appears to resemble a doe.

This Fire Pal that strangely has a ribbon at the front of its neck can be a great Fire Pal to have, as it may support other Fire Pals in your party.

Rooby is often captured during the earlier parts of the game to provide a base with a source of fire thanks to its Kindling Work Suitability Skill.

Rooby Uses

Rooby is mainly used as an early companion but may also be captured and deployed at your base to make use of its Kindling Skill.

You may use Rooby as a companion, which should provide you with an early way to burn your enemies, which does extra well against Grass Pals.

Having Rooby in your party can provide your other Fire Pals with additional damage, making it good to have this Pal if you want to boost your damage output with them.

Partner Skill

Rooby’s Partner Skill is called Tiny Spark, which provides the team that it is in with increased attack power if they are Fire Pals.

This makes Rooby a good addition to your party if you have one or more Fire Pals that you often fight with as they will deal more damage.

With combat aside, Rooby can be a good source of fire when it comes to cooking and smelting at your base.

Work Suitability

Rooby does not have that many uses in a base aside from providing fire to certain structures for them to function.

  • Kindling (Level 1)

Possible Drops

Rooby Drops

  • Flame Organ
  • Leather

Alpha Rooby Drops

  • Ancient Civilization Parts
  • Flame Organ
  • Leather
  • Precious Pelt
  • Ring of Earth Resistance

Verdict

Rooby is a bit evasive and may attempt to run away when you spot it but you should easily be able to damage and capture it when you get the chance.

Having this Pal amongst your party will allow you to burn enemies so that they take extra damage over time as the status lasts.

Leaving Rooby in your base without assigning it to a structure will allow this Pal to roam around to take any available tasks.
