Milk is both a consumable and a material that can be used for cooking certain dishes in Palworld, with one of its ingredients being a valuable item for breeding.
While Milk is not as easy to get at the start of your journey in Palworld, you can easily get it later once you have explored and gotten yourself a Mozzarina.

How To Get Milk?
1) Defeating Mozzarina
Mozzarina is the only Pals in the game that you can defeat to get Milk and they will always drop 1 when this happens.
These Pals spawn around the Bamboo Groves, where most of them will be around the southeast part of the region.
Mozzarina often spawns in pairs and can easily be found if you have a flying Pal to use to scout around to find them.
2) Assigning Mozzarina to a Ranch
Milk may be a common drop from a Mozzarina but instead of going out and killing these to get Milk, you should tame one so it can produce this ingredient at your base.
Once you have a Mozzarina, make sure that you have a Ranch set up and assign the Mozzarina to it, which will result in it producing Milk.
The more Mozzarina you have, the more Milk you will be able to grab but one should suffice as long as you give it time to produce Milk.
Mozzarina Location
Mozzarina is rarer than most species but this is not because they are rare creatures or anything but rather that they spawn in few places.
If you are searching for a Mozzarina to capture, your best bet would be to look to the very west of where you start in the game.
Mozzarina tends to spawn in between three Great Eagle Statues, which are the Ravine Entrance, Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster, and Ascetic Falls.
Milk Uses
When consumed, Milk will provide you with 12 Nutrition but this is not as effective as munching on Red Berries and it is best used for cooking.
Milk can be used to cook a lot of different food, which becomes available once you have a Cooking Pot as this provides you with more recipes.
