Lavernica’s Home is one of the buildings that you may explore in Baldur’s Gate 3 and is related to the Find Dribble’s The Clown Quest.
What seems to be the ordinary home of Bloomridge Park’s Groundskeeper turns out to be the site of a chaotic murder scene and possibly where a ritual has taken place.
Several corpses can be found in this home as well as the basement but that shouldn’t stop you from digging further and looting what goods lie below.
Lavernica’s Home Location
Lavernica’s Home can be found to the southwest of the Lower City Central Wall and is one of the buildings connected to it.
The door is locked but since there is no red outline on the door when you check it, this means you can freely pick the lock without getting in trouble.
What is Inside Lavernica’s Home?
First Floor
The first floor of Lavernica’s Home does not have much to loot and you shouldn’t bother with the bodies as they have nothing in their inventory.
To easily access the hatch nearby though, you will want to open the Cupboard as it contains the Groundskeeper’s Hatch Key. (Allows you to unlock the hatch)
Groundskeeper’s Basement
Going down the hatch will lead you to the Groundskeeper’s Basement, where it seems a bloody battle has taken place. (This includes a Mindflayer and an Earth Elemental too)
Just like with the first floor, the bodies within the building won’t have any loot in them but one of the bodies inside of the cave section will have Dribble’s Leg. (Clown’s Severed Leg)
You will be able to find some weapons lying around and these can be looted along with Gold in a Wooden Chest near the damaged part of the wall that leads to the cave section.

- 41 Gold (Inside Wooden Chest)
- Flail +1 (Found near Incontinentia Figgin’s body)
- Iron-Banded Shield +1 (Found near Incontinentia Figgin’s body)
- Dagger +1 (Found near Annathorn Rose’s body)
- Clown’s Severed Leg (Found in Incontinentia Figgin’s inventory)
- Longsword +1 (Found near Abyssal Gavin)
Verdict
Completing Find Dribbles the Clown will require that you explore this area and take the Clown’s Severed Leg from Incontinentia Figgin.
For some reason, all the corpses found in the home and the basement are empty except for Incontinentia’s body, which may mean that someone looted them after the battle.
Grabbing the rest of the loot won’t provide you with that many useful items but they are still good for selling later when you need more Gold.
