The Adamantine Forge is a useful location for crafting some of the strongest weapons that you may use as you progress to other acts.
Before you can get started with forging equipment at the Adamantine Forge, you will first need to get the required materials, which include Moulds.
Moulds will allow you to craft specific equipment and there is a total of 6 of these that may be found at Grymforge.
All Adamantine Mould Locations
There are a total of 6 Moulds that can be found and these are spread around Grymforge and may be found as you make your way to the Adamantine Forge.
1) Longsword Mould
The Longsword Mould can be found above the area where you dock when you arrive at Grymforge on a bridge and can be reached in different ways.
Once you find a way onto the bridge, move to the very end and you will find the Longsword Mould next to a skeleton.
2) Shield Mould
The Shield Mould can be found inside the dormitory behind locked iron doors, and you can easily enter by picking up the lock. (Located on the second floor)
If you make your way to the very end of the room and open the skeleton’s inventory, you will find the Shield Mould.
3) Scimitar Mold
On your way to the Abandoned Refuge, there will be two levers used to operate a nearby lift and beside them will be a skeleton that has the Scimitar Mould in its inventory.
4) Splint Mould
The Splint Mould can be seen from a distance once you reach an area where there are two levers, which are accessible from the side of where the cave-in can be found.
You can either jump across from where the levers are or use them to get to the other side by activating the nearby lift and will find the Mould near the ledge close to a gear.
5) Mace Mould
The Mace Mould should be impossible to miss as you can find it on a table near the Abandoned Refuge waypoint.
6) Scale Mail Mould
Upon reaching the Abandoned Refuge, you will find that the Scale Mail Mould is nearby and located near the path that leads to the Adamantine Forge.
The Scale Mail Mould can be found by heading to the right instead of going down to the forge but beware, there are enemies (Animated Armor) nearby.
Verdict
It is not necessary to obtain all the Moulds if you already know which Adamantine Equipment you want to create but collecting these is still fun to do.
All the Moulds can be collected once you reach Grymforge and with the right tools and a party that can get past the enemies, finding them all won’t take a long time.
Aside from the Moulds, make sure to mine the Mithral Veins to get Mithral Ore as these are also required to forge Adamantine Equipment.
