Lyleen Noct does not spawn in other locations on Palpagos Island but instead, it can be found as a Field Boss in the Iceberg Mineshaft at the Astral Mountains.
The entrance to the Iceberg Mineshaft may be found at (-142, 320) while Lyleen Noct’s spawn location is around (-257, -320) within the area.
Additionally, breeding certain Pals to get Lyleen Noct is an alternative but once hatched, this Pal will begin at level 1.
