Suzaku is a flying Fire Pal that is often seen in the Dessicated Desert and is culled by humans whenever there is a drought.
This Fire Pal is an aggressive creature that will attack you on sight and has a chance to set its targets on fire with its many Active Skills.
While fighting a Suzaku may not be as difficult if you match its level, taking these on can sometimes prove to be a challenge for those who are still progressing.

Suzaku may be seen around the Dessicated Desert and will often spawn around the middle and lower parts of the region.
A Field Boss Variant of Suzaku may be found at (404, 256) in the Dessicated Desert and is distinguishable by its larger appearance.
Suzaku Uses
As a flying mount, Suzaku can be a good option to roam Palpagos Island and may also be used to attack your enemies on the go.
With a wide variety of Fire Attacks to choose from, you can easily deal continuous damage or settle for using its more powerful attacks to quickly destroy your enemies.
When added to a base as a worker, Suzaku will fly around and provide fire to structures to cook food, smelt Ore and activate heaters.
Partner Skill
Suzaku has the Wings of Flame Partner Skill, which enables you to ride this Pal once you have crafted the Suzaku Saddle.
Once the Suzaku Saddle has been learned and crafted, you may mount Suzaku once it has been summoned and control it to move and attack.
Additionally, Suzaku’s Fire Attacks will be enhanced if you are riding it, making it capable of dealing more damage if you control this Pal.

Suzaku will often roam around your base to provide fire to cooking stations, furnaces as well as heaters that it may access.
