In Palworld, you can fight certain Dungeon Bosses but you might be shocked to find a large dragon inside one of them, known as Quivern.
Quivern, also known as Wings of White is a Level 23 Dragon Pal that is encountered in the Sealed Realm of the Wing Tyrant dungeon.
While this Dragon Pal may seem friendly at first, it can unleash devastating attacks that can knock you and your Pals out instantly if you are not ready to face it.
Quivern Location
Quivern can be found in the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant dungeon (-255, -131) located in the Bamboo Groves, which you can enter to begin the fight.
This Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant is found around the northern part of the Bamboo Groves and after you cross a bridge where a statue of Quivern may be found. (There is a waypoint nearby too)
Fighting Quivern, Wings of White
Once you enter the dungeon, Quivern will ignore you at first but getting closer to it will make it turn aggressive, which is why you should make the first from afar.
At Level 23, Quivern will have the Draconic Breath (Dragon), Dragon Cannon (Dragon), Acid Rain (Water), and Spirit Fire (Fire) Active Skills.
Watch out for Draconic Breath as this releases a stream of Dragon damage while Acid Rain will cause projectiles to drop from above that follow you.
Conserve your stamina and keep your distance to avoid getting surprised by its attacks, especially if Draconic Breath and Acid Rain are combined.
Since Quivern is large, it is easy to get headshots to deal extra damage and since this is a Dragon Pal, it takes more damage from Ice Attacks.
Quivern Dungeon Boss Drops
Once you defeat or capture Quivern (Wings of White), you will be able to obtain the following items from its drop list:
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- High Quality Pal Oil
- Precious Plume
Verdict
Quivern will have access to different attacks and it would be wise to avoid using Pals that are weak against Dragon, Water, and Fire attacks.
Using a ranged weapon while having a Pal fight Quivern is a good way to deal damage and have a chance to avoid its attacks.
Quivern can be a great addition to a party due to its many attacks and can even be a good addition to your base thanks to its Handiwork, Transporting, Gathering, and Mining skills.
