The Hidden Vault is a room that can be found in the Enclave Library within the Emerald Grove and becomes accessible after you progress in Act I.
Depending on the quests you complete, you will eventually be able to find a way to get into the Hidden Vault where you can grab various loot.
This involves rescuing Halsin and making sure that the grove is safe until later when you return to speak to him as this will lead to you getting the Rune of the Wolf.
Where To Get Rune of The Wolf?
Once you have rescued Halsin and he has made it back to the grove, you will encounter him scolding Kagha and later punishing her.
After speaking with Halsin, you will have his thanks and he will tell you to go see Rath, who will give you the Rune of the Wolf.
The Rune of the Wolf is required to open the hidden entrance within the Enclave Library that leads to the Hidden Vault.
How To Open Entrance to The Hidden Vault?
Once you have obtained the Rune of the Wolf from Rath, make your way to the Enclave Library where there is a totem-like statue.
You will notice that there are 4 pedestals in the room but one of them is missing a slab, which is the Rune of the Wolf.
Place the Rune of the Wolf on the empty pedestal and interact with all of them to open the entrance that will allow you to enter the Hidden vault.

Entering the Hidden Vault will allow you to collect items from a table as well as inside of a crate but don’t waste your time on the vases, they are empty.

Verdict
Obtaining the loot in the Hidden Vault is a good way to prepare your team for upcoming adventures, especially with the consumable items and spells.
Sorrow is a rare glaive that grants the Sorrowful Lash Cantrip, which allows you to damage an enemy and pull them towards you by 3 meters.
Siding with the grove is the easiest way to enter the Hidden Vault but if you raid the grove instead, you can loot it from Rath.
