Palworld gives you the option of having automation in your base, allowing your Pals to help you out by doing most of the work for you.

There is however a solution to every sickness that a Pal can get, which is Mind Control Meds but these can be quite expensive to buy or craft unless you prepare in advance.

1) Crafting Mind Control Meds
Crafting Mind Control Meds is the best way to get this consumable since obtaining all the ingredients required becomes easier as you progress.
You can craft Mind Control Meds once you unlock and build an Electric Medicine Workbench, which can be unlocked at Level 43 from your Technology Menu.
Crafting Mind Control Meds costs the following materials:
- 10 Refined Ingot
- 10 Horn
- 5 Bone
- 3 Pal Fluids
2) Purchasing Mind Control Meds From Wandering Merchant
Another way to get your hands on Mind Control Meds is by purchasing them from a Wandering Merchant but this can be expensive.
You can buy Mind Control Meds from the Wandering Merchant in Fisherman’s Point (Mount Obsidian), Dunshelter (Dessicated Desert) as well as from the merchant that visits your base.
Purchasing Mind Control Meds costs 10,000 Gold per piece, which may not be the best way to get this consumable unless you have a lot of Gold to spare.
Mind Control Meds Uses
Mind Control Meds are the ultimate solution to any sickness your Pal may have, clearing any negative ailments that they gain over time.
This removes any sickness and restores their sanity to 100% but keep this in mind, this does not restore any health when consumed.
Mind Control Meds may be used from your inventory to cure Pals in your party or may be fed to a Pal at your base by opening their Menu Wheel and selecting the “Feed” option.

Stocking up on Mind Control Meds can be useful for clearing a set of Pals that have gotten sick in a base as they instantly cure all illnesses.
While these can be expensive when purchased from a Wandering Merchant, it is not that hard to make Gold once you start breeding and selling off Pals you don’t need.
Obtaining the materials for crafting Mind Control Meds is easy since the majority of the ingredients can be farmed at a base by adding certain Pals to a Ranch.
