Chillet (Dancer on the Plains) is one of the first Field Bosses that you encounter in Palworld and at starting levels, this cute but deadly ice dragon can be quite a challenge.
Running around and lobbying ice skills at you is mainly what this enlarged critter does but this shouldn’t be too hard to take down once you reach a certain level.
Defeating this boss is one of the earliest ways for you to farm good loot, which often includes Ancient Civilization Parts that you will need later.
Chillet Location
Chillet can be found in the Windswept Uphills and will often be roaming in a large flat patch of land, where it will only attack once you make the first move.
You can find Chillet’s spawning point (173,-148) just to the south of the Fort Ruins waypoint or further to the east from the Rayne Syndicate Tower Entrance waypoint.
Fighting Chillet, Dancer on the Plains
Chillet will be Level 11 and will become aggressive only if you make the first move by attacking it, which will cause it to attack you in return.
It is best to use Fire Damage against Chillet as this will deal increased damage to it since it is an Ice and Dragon Pal.
Chillet will attack you with Dragon Cannon, which fires a projectile that deals Dragon Damage as well as Ice Missile, which fires a volley of Ice Projectiles after a delay.
Both of Chillet’s attacks can easily be dodged and you can team up with a Pal that you have while fighting it off.
Chillet Field Boss Drops
Defeating Chillet will provide you with additional loot since it is a Field Boss, which will include the following items:
- Ancient Civilization Parts
- Leather
- Precious Pelt
Verdict
Chillet is one of the easiest Field Bosses that you can defeat during the earlier stages of the Palworld and is a good source for Ancient Civilization Parts.
Be careful not to get hit too many times by Chillet’s Ice Missile attack, since this has a chance to freeze you and will make you a sitting duck.
Players will often target Chillet along with other lower level Field Bosses as this can get you useful materials that are worth saving for later.
