Frostallion is a Legendary Ice Pal that can be found wandering around the coldest part of Palpagos Island, the Astral Mountains.
This Ice Pal is known to be a Guardian deity of Palpagos Island as it has been given the name Winter Caller, which is most likely due to its powerful ice powers.
Players may encounter this Pal as a Field Boss and will have the chance to defeat or even capture it but dangers lie ahead and many are often left frozen or worse.
Frostallion Location
Frostallion does not appear as a regular Pal and will only spawn as a Field Boss at around (-357, 509) in the Astral Mountains.
It is recommended that you equip your character with armor that provides resistance to the cold as not only is the temperature low but getting hit by Frostallion can make things even colder.
Frostallion Uses
If you are skilled enough to capture Frostallion (or lucky), you will be able to utilize this flying Pal as a mount that can unleash powerful Ice Attacks upon your enemies.
Not only is Frostallion capable of flight, but it can also alter the attacks of its rider to deal Ice Damage to enemies that they attack.
When assigned to a base, Frostallion can provide cooling to structures that preserve food or coolers that adjust the temperature at your base.
Partner Skill
Frostallion has the Ice Steed Partner Skill, which benefits both the rider and itself once you have crafted the Frostallion Saddle. (Can be unlocked at Level 48)
With the Frostallion Saddle equipped, any attacks done by your character while riding Frostallion will be converted to Ice Damage.
Additionally, Frostallion’s Ice Attacks will be enhanced when you are riding the Ice Pal, making them deal more damage to enemies.
Work Suitability
Frostallion can be a great defender when it is assigned to a base and with its high level of cooling, it can efficiently preserve food and power coolers.

Verdict
Frostallion’s ability to alter its rider’s attacks to deal Ice Damage can be useful for both targeting Dragon Pals as well as dealing more damage to almost any target.
A captured Frostallion will come with the Legend Stat, which increases attack, defense, and movement speed as well as the Ice Emperor Stat, which increases Ice Damage.
This Ice Pal has the Crystal Wing Exclusive Skill, which allows Frostallion to dash forward, slicing anything it passes with its enhanced wings.
