Wixen Noct is a Fire and Dark variant of Wixen (Fire) that was introduced in the Sakurajima Update, being a rival of Katniss Noct.
Due to its combination of Fire and Dark, it will learn abilities from both damage types and can utilize this against different enemies.
Similar to its variant, Wixen Noct can empower its owner’s attacks but in this case, Dark Damage is applied instead of Fire.
Wixen Noct Location
Wixen Noct can be seen roaming around the Northern Rock Field (North of Sakurajima) and the Southern Sandbar (South of Sakurajima) during nighttime.
You may also find this Pal inside caves that are located around Sakurajima Island, making them a good place to look for Wixen Noct as well.
Besides capturing a Wixen Noct, you can breed them if you have the right combination of Pals but this requires specific genders to be chosen too.
How To Breed Wixen Noct?
You can get Wixen Noct as a result of breeding Katress and Wixen but there is more to it, the genders need to be precise.
A MALE Katress needs to be bred with a FEMALE Wixen to produce a Large Scorching Egg that will hatch into a Wixen Noct.
Wixen Noct Uses
Wixen Noct is a great Pal to have around your base if you need a Pal that provides Kindling and can help around with crafting as well as transporting items.
When fighting alongside you, Wixen Noct can be a worthy ally to fight beside you due to the damage it can deal with different attacks.
Aside from being a good Pal to have in a fight, Wixen Noct can empower your attacks with Dark Damage thanks to its Partner Skill.
Partner Skill
Wixen Noct has the Black Fox Lord Partner Skill, which allows it to alter the player’s attacks to deal Dark Damage to your targets.
This allows you to deal more damage to Neutral Pals, giving you a big advantage when fighting Alphas, World Bosses, and Tower Bosses that are weak against Dark Damage.
The Dark Damage applied by Black Fox Lord applies to all of the weapons you use, which means ranged and melee attacks get the bonus.

Wixen Noct is not just good for providing fire to structures that need it, this Pal also does a good job when it comes to crafting and building. (It also moves items at a decent pace)

Verdict
It seems like Wixen and Katress have been involved with the making of this Pal and some may find it complicated at first when it comes to breeding one instead of capturing it.
It may be better to capture a Wixen Noct in one of the caves on Sakurajima Island to get a high level one if you already have access to the area and can handle the difficulty there.
A good way to get perfect Passive Skills for your Wixen Noct would be to get good ones on a Wixen and a Noct before breeding as these can be passed on.
