This Pal may seem like a gentle humanoid but it can unleash devastating light that can even take on enemies that are higher than its level.
To make things even better, this Pal may be ridden as a flying mount for players who want to use it to get around or manually deal damage with its Active Skills.
Where To Find Selyne?
Selyne is unlike most Pals and is only found when Meteorites land on Palpagos Island but this does not guarantee that other Pals can spawn.
When Meteorites crash down on Palpagos Island, Selyne will often be present when this happens in higher-difficulty areas.
Examples of such areas would be Mount Obsidian, Sakurajima Island, Dessicated Desert, and Frostbound Mountains.
Selyne Uses
Selyne is an amazing Pal when it comes to combat due to its many attacks that can be used based on how you like to engage in a fight.
You can choose from Active Skills that damage an area or focus on damaging a single target, making Selyne perfect for offense with a bit of defense in the mix.
Since you can use this Pal as a mount, you can easily get around, especially since you can fly and attack enemies with its Active Skills.
When at a base, Selyne can be a big help when it comes to crafting items as well as making medicine and will even transport items that if found lying around.
Partner Skill
Selyne’s Partner Skill is called Celestial Darkness, which allows you to ride it and manually cast its Active Abilities.
While mounting this Pal, Normal and Dark attacks will be enhanced despite this Pal’s description saying Fire and Dark.
Since Selyne utilized both Normal and Dark attacks, this makes it deal more damage when you are manually controlling the Pal in a fight.

Verdict
Capturing Selyne is no easy task when you have just started because this Pal will often be at a higher level unless you breed one.
Selyne is capable of dealing a lot of damage to enemies thanks to the Holy Burst, Seigetsu Blade, and Moonlight Burst, making it easy for this Pal to take out enemies.
One of the new Faction Leaders added in the Sakurajima Update uses Saya when you face them in their tower, which can be a difficult boss to face if you are unprepared.
