Mossanda is a Grass Pal that has the appearance resembling a panda combined with a plant, thus giving it its name.
This Grass Pal is known to be one of the stronger Pals that can do a lot at a base as well as in battle thanks to its attacks and Partner Skills.
Not only can you ride this Pal once you have captured it and crafted its Key Item, but this large panda-like companion also has an explosive surprise for your enemies.
Mossanda Location
Mossanda can be found in the Verdant Brook around the Frostbound Mountains, which is located north of the Windswept Hills.
Mossanda Uses
Mossanda can be an effective Pal when it comes to working at a base, being able to efficiently build, craft, plant seeds, and transport items.
Its ability to use powerful Grass Attacks makes it a deadly foe, especially to Water Pals due to the extra damage it deals.
One of the more popular uses for Mossanda is riding it as a mount while also being able to fire grenades at your enemies.
Partner Skill
Mossanda has the Grenadier Panda Partner Skill, which causes it to equip two Grenade Launchers in each hand so that it can fire at enemies. (Explosions will cause enemies to ragdoll)
To use this Partner Skill, you will first need to unlock and craft Mossanda’s Grenade Launcher (Key Item) and have it in your inventory.
This Partner Skill drains every time Mossanda fires grenades and will be usable as long as there is enough energy left. (Energy is gained over time)
Work Suitability
Mossanda is one of the more advanced Pals that you can have in your base, which has more efficient Work Suitability Skills such as higher Planting and Lumbering.
- Planting (Level 2)
- Handiwork (Level 2)
- Lumbering (Level 2)
- Transporting (Level 3)

Verdict
Mossanda is a great upgrade from the smaller and less efficient Pals that you may have working at your base and can be a great way to get Wood from a Logging Site.
Its ability to equip and fire twin Grenade Launchers makes it a good choice when fighting multiple enemies and may even take out a whole raid group.
The Grass Attacks alone are already strong and if you decide to use Mossanda’s Partner Skill often, not many enemies will be able to stand up against you.
